Overview:

Myrio Professional Training Programs provide an exceptional learning framework to help you successfully understand Myrio's solutions inside and out. Experienced instructors lead you through two-day hands-on training classes that are specifically designed to meet your needs.

Price: Variable, based on course outline, duration, and location. Contact your Myrio Sales Representative or Customer Program Manager to price your training program.

Availability: The class schedule below and on the events page reflect course availability. Sign-up today to ensure your spot!

Location: Bothell, Washington (suburb of Seattle). Customer onsite training is available upon special request.

Meals: For training conducted at Myrio facilities, Myrio will provide lunch each day.

Myrio Certified Engineer Training

The Myrio Certified Engineer Training program is the primary instructional for  technical personnel who are responsible for the day-to-day support of the Myrio application server and overall video solution. As part of this education, attendees also gain an understanding of Myrio's philosophy on IPTV and middleware in general.

At a glance, training includes:

  • Overview of all Myrio components
  • Myrio middleware theory of operation
  • Software set-up and installation procedures
  • System usage and frequent commands
  • Booting and management of set top boxes
  • Trouble shooting and error avoidance
  • Review of third-party applications used in a Myrio deployment

Myrio Certified Solutions Training
The Myrio Certified Solution Training provides a general overview of Myrio's back-office product and is applicable for customer service representatives and marketing managers. This training is encouraged for all licensees of Myrio's products.

At a glance, training includes:

  • Overview of all Myrio components
  • Myrio middleware theory of operation
  • Introduction to Myrio TotalManage and Myrio's client application Myrio Interactive
  • Managing subscribers and content packages
  • Core training for Myrio TotalManage customer service representatives (CSR's)
  • First time installation of software & set-top boxes
  • Best practices for video service operation
