Overview

In April of 2005, Myrio became a division of Siemens Communications.  Siemens acquired Myrio Corporation to further bolster and enhance a winning IPTV deployment formula, including successful solutions, industry leading implementation processes, and a thorough knowledge of the broadband service provider’s network infrastructure.  This unique blend of expertise and technology profoundly benefits the broadband service provider, making IPTV a reality today.

In June of 2006, Nokia and Siemens announced their plans to merge their communications service provider businesses into a new 50:50 joint venture, Nokia Siemens Networks. The future Nokia Siemens Networks will bring together the best of all worlds: products, services, and solutions.

Nokia Siemens Networks began operation on April 1, 2007.
